Our mission is to convince voters to vote NO on Proposition 410 by providing accurate information.
We have successfully circulated a referendum petition (gathering over 1100 signatures) to place the airport/industrial park issue on the November ballot. Chino Valley residents eligible to vote in Town elections will determine whether or not the rezoning for the airport/industrial park will be overturned.
The proposed airport and industrial park is not consistent with the rural character of Chino Valley.

Keep Chino Rural is a Political Action Committee organized in connection with the referendum concerning Chino Valley Proposition 410.

What Keep Chino Rural Is Working to Address
The central issue is Ordinance 2026-965, which changed the zoning designation for approximately 390 acres associated with the Perkins Ranch proposal.
That zoning change is the subject of Proposition 410 on the November 3, 2026, General Election ballot.
Keep Chino Rural’s position is that the proposed airport and broader industrial development are inconsistent with the rural character of Chino Valley. The organization is campaigning for a NO vote on Proposition 410.
