Keep Chino Rural intends to convince voters that the rezoning for an airport/industrial park is incompatible with the rural character of our town.

We need funds for print materials, banners, mailing, display ads, room reservations for community meetings, etc. so we can inform as many voters as possible.

Our campaign will be conducted in a civil and respectful manner and will focus on the facts and consequences of the project.

We are asking for your support to help us protect the unique qualities of our town and ensure that every voice is heard. Please consider donating and sharing our fundraiser with others who care about Chino Valley’s future.

Thanks to your support, Chino Valley citizens will be able to vote on Proposition 410 and ensure that the future of the town is decided by the people who call it home rather than only 5 members of the Town Council.

Any monies in excess of expenses will be donated to the Chino Valley Food Bank.

Support the Campaign to Stop Proposition 410

Keep Chino Rural is working to inform Chino Valley voters about Proposition 410, the November 3, 2026, referendum concerning the Perkins Ranch zoning change.

Campaign contributions help support voter education and outreach, including printed materials, banners, advertising, community meetings and other campaign expenses.

Why Contributions Are Needed

The campaign is focused on providing information about the proposed airport and industrial development, the related zoning change, and the potential consequences for Chino Valley residents and the community’s rural character.

Contributions help Keep Chino Rural communicate that information to voters throughout the referendum campaign.

Proposition 410 Campaign

Proposition 410 concerns Ordinance 2026-965, which changed the zoning designation for approximately 390 acres associated with the Perkins Ranch proposal.

Keep Chino Rural’s position is NO on Proposition 410. The campaign seeks to preserve Chino Valley’s rural character and opposes the proposed airport/industrial complex.

Campaign Expenses

Keep Chino Rural has stated that contributions may be used for campaign expenses including print materials, banners, mailing, display advertising, community meetings and related voter outreach.

The existing campaign information also states that money remaining after expenses will be donated to the Chino Valley Food Bank.
